We had a great first day yesterday. Temps are really nice. Only in the mid-to upper 90s after last week it hit 108. With almost no humidity, were loving the summer weather. We dove into picking up trays of dried peaches from last weeks work, helping in the kitchen, cleaning bathrooms, and of course, plenty of work on the peach processing line. We were able to produce plenty of fruit yesterday and this morning, after breakfast and worship, we will lay it out in the sun to dry. The meals have been great and we are getting plenty of snacks. After supper last night, we heard some stories about the mission work being done in the countries that receive some of the fruit from gleanings. We finished our night, gathering just as a group from messiah, studying the book of Romans. We focused on chapter 1, where we saw that we are all sinners. The story will get better tomorrow as we hear about how Christ took away all of those sins. Hope you’re enjoying the blog and the pics. Today I’m going to have Eva Lube try to get a pic of every single one of us at work and I’ll try to post them all
